Brookfield Residential’s plans for Brighton Crossings include the exciting addition of 17 acres of open space and park amenities to the neighborhood, known as Venture Park. Through a three party intergovernmental agreement with  Brookfield Residential, the City of Brighton, and the Brighton Crossings Metro Districts, Brookfield Residential is thrilled to announce the ground breaking took place on Monday, May 13th.

Venture Park will bring the community a soccer field, baseball field, nine-hole frisbee golf course, a playground, and native open space to our community to gather, play, and enjoy the outdoors year-round.

Stay tuned for updates! Upcoming construction milestones at Venture Park will continue to be communicated to neighborhood residents.
