Updated Procedures for New Resident & Home Rental Amenity Access Cards

1227 We have updated the intake process for new residents and those renting homes in the Brighton Crossings community.

1229 All required forms are now available online at BrightonCrossingsEvents.com. Residents should complete and submit the appropriate form directly through the website.

1231 Once submitted, the forms will be automatically forwarded to the front desk at BrightonCrossing@denverymca.org. Our team will verify residency status and initiate the account setup process in our system.

1233 After the account has been established, you will receive an email with instructions to visit the front desk and present a valid photo ID. At that time, membership cards will be issued, and photos will be taken for you account.

If you are planning to rent the Venture Center or one of the parks in Brighton Crossings, we ask that you avoid using the Brighton Crossings website to reserve your rentals. Instead the Venture Center will only be scheduling rentals, after a rental consultation is done with our rental coordinator. Please call (720)643-5818 for an appointment or email our rental coordinator directly at kmontoya@denverymc.org. This way there is no confusion or missing expectations.

Vandalism costs the community money!

Recently, several of the neighborhood parks and recreation centers, have been affected by vandalism. In addition to these damages being an inconvenience to residents, vandalism comes at a cost to the Brighton Crossings community.

Reminder, all outdoor parks are open from sunrise to sunset. The community would like to ask for your help to try to stop the damage being done in parks, typically occurring on weekends after 8:00 pm. If you see individuals in the park after the posted hours, please contact non-emergency dispatch to report this activity 303-655-2300.

The Brighton Police Department is forming a community partnership where all residents and businesses that have cameras on their property can register them with the police department. Video cameras are increasingly being used in both residential and commercial properties to prevent crime. It is a serious crime to damage public property, and individuals who are caught will be cited and fined. Brighton Crossings is a beautiful community to live in.
